    Job Description

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Shared Services team. In this role, you will have the autonomy to process accounts payable transactions using 3-way matching across multiple regions, including the U.S., Canada, and manufacturing operations. You’ll ensure timely and accurate payments while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Transaction Processing:

    Independently manage electronic processing of accounts payable transactions using 3-way matching across various business units.

    Platform Coordination:

    Ensure accurate and timely payment processing using systems such as SAP FUSION, Wise, or regional platforms.

    Policy Compliance:

    Act as an AP Champion by promoting consistent adherence to approved policies and procedures.

    Issue Resolution:

    Collaborate with buyers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve parked and blocked invoices.

    Customer Service:

    Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders, including vendor statement reconciliation and procurement-related concerns.

    Process Improvement:

    Contribute innovative ideas to enhance the shared services environment and drive operational efficiency.

    Project Participation:

    Support special projects that impact shared services operations and broader business goals.

    Qualifications:

    + 2–4 years of accounts payable experience required.

    + High School Diploma required; college degree preferred.

    + Ability to process a high volume of invoices (75–100 per day).

    + Experience with ERP systems; SAP experience highly preferred.

    + Willingness to work overtime during peak periods and month-end close.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (vlookup, pivot tables).

    + Experience in the consumer products industry preferred.

    + Familiarity with document imaging systems such as Readsoft is a plus

    **Pay Details:** $24.00 per hour
