    Job Title: Make Ready Tech

    Job Description

    Join a dynamic team where you will work on transforming trailers into functional office spaces for construction companies. Your role will involve refurbishing returned trailers and customizing them to meet new client requirements. Key tasks include drywall work, painting, changing faucets, replacing toilets, light HVAC work, light plumbing, carpentry, replacing carpet, and overall cleaning. Proficiency with hand tools and power tools is essential, with a current focus on framing and painting.

    Responsibilities

    + Refurbish and customize office trailers to meet client specifications.

    + Perform drywall installation and repair.

    + Paint surfaces using various techniques, including industrial painting and spray guns.

    + Conduct light plumbing and HVAC maintenance.

    + Perform carpentry tasks such as framing and cabinet building.

    + Replace carpets and perform overall cleaning of trailers.

    + Use hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tasks.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in facilities maintenance.

    + Proficiency in carpentry and woodworking.

    + Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately.

    + Knowledge of electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.

    + Experience with building maintenance and construction.

    + Skills in plumbing and welding.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in drywall installation and repair.

    + Proficiency in painting, including industrial techniques.

    + Skills in HVAC repair and maintenance.

    + Experience in cabinet building.

    Work Environment

     

    Work primarily in an outdoor yard and inside metal containers converted to office space. Be prepared to work in hot conditions as you transform these spaces into functional offices.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract position based out of NA, Florida.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.50/hr.
