Are you detail-oriented, dependable, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a **General Production Worker** to support our production team in a large-scale bakery setting. What You’ll Do:

+ Prep and assemble products according to specifications

+ Follow HACCP and food safety guidelines

+ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

+ Build cases and pallets safely and accurately

+ Meet production goals and schedules

+ Report any food safety or quality concerns to management

+ Operate manual and automated equipment

+ Communicate effectively with team and supervisors

+ Perform other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

+ Experience in general labor, packaging, food production, or manufacturing

+ Familiarity with GMP and food safety practices

+ Ability to lift heavy items and work in varying temperatures (40–60°F)

+ Strong attention to detail and basic math/English skills

+ Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime, sometimes on short notice

+ Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and safety standards

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
