    Job Title: Material Handler

     

    Pay Rate is $20

    Job Description

    As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for delivering materials to the production floor, maintaining the general upkeep of production and warehouse areas, assisting the material control department with receiving materials, and identifying and verifying quantities of all incoming materials.

    Responsibilities

    + Handle, move, and store various non-hazardous and hazardous materials within a warehouse.

    + Load and unload different transport items.

    + Record inventory statuses.

    + Ensure deliveries properly match purchase orders.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in warehouse and material handling.

    + Proficiency in operating a forklift and pallet jack.

    + Strong organizational skills.

    + Ability to read and analyze information.

    + Adept at handling multiple complex tasks simultaneously.

    + Proficiency with prioritizing and meeting multiple deadlines.

    + Excellent time management skills.

    + Knowledge of inventory control.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Process improvement mindset.

    + Experience with picking and packing.

    Work Environment

     

    The work environment is fast-paced and deadlines are crucial. Employees work in a basic production area with tight quarters, where eye protection and protective shoes must be worn. Loose clothing is not permitted. The role involves working in a national pool equipment manufacturing setting, ensuring that safety and efficiency are maintained at all times.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
