    Job Title: Header Operator

    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Header Operator to join our team. In this role, you will work with warm and cold headers, hot heading tooling, and threaded parts. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all parts meet our stringent quality standards.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate warm and cold headers, as well as hot heading tooling and threaded parts.

    + Examine and measure parts to verify conformance to standards using measuring devices such as templates, micrometers, calipers, or scales.

    + Select and install machine components such as dies, molds, and cutters according to specifications using hand tools and measuring devices.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience with micrometers and calipers.

    + Proficiency in the use of molds and gauges.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Ability to perform inspections and accurate measurements.

    + Familiarity with blueprints and CNC operations.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $83200.00 - $98000.00/yr.
