    Job Title: Tank Yard Worker

    Job Description

    Join our team in a dynamic production environment that specializes in food products. You will have the opportunity to work both indoors and outdoors, engaging in various tasks such as cleaning product bins, power washing, and painting equipment. Your role also involves working in refrigerated areas, repalletizing products, sorting finished boxes, and conducting inventory. This role demands comfort with varying weather conditions and strong odors associated with food production.

    Responsibilities

    + Clean equipment and product bins.

    + Power wash and paint equipment.

    + Perform general labor duties including trash removal.

    + Repalletize products and sort finished boxes.

    + Conduct inventory checks.

    + Adapt to different tasks as needed in the production line.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in warehouse and production settings.

    + Ability to perform general labor tasks.

    + Proficiency with pallet jacks.

    + Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds.

    + Ability to stand for shifts ranging from 10 to 12 hours.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Comfortable working in varying temperatures and strong odors.

    + Team player with flexibility to move around production lines.

    + Own a pair of steel-toed boots.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a food manufacturing environment where temperatures vary with the season. Expect exposure to strong food odors such as garlic and jalapeños. Safety gear including gloves, beard nets, hair nets, ear plugs, and safety glasses will be provided. You are required to supply your own steel-toed boots. Shift patterns range from 10 to 12 hours, Monday to Friday from 5 am to 1 pm.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hurlock, Maryland.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
