Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Clerk to join our team in Stafford, Texas. This is a long-term contract opportunity for an individual with experience in logistics, warehouse operations, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting day-to-day warehouse activities.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and evaluate incoming materials to determine appropriate disposition.

• Coordinate pre-kitting operations by assessing personnel and material requirements according to schedules.

• Conduct cycle counts and utilize electronic inventory systems to maintain accurate inventory records.

• Identify inventory needs and place replenishment orders with the procurement team.

• Oversee Kanban processes to support laboratory operations efficiently.

• Maintain detailed receiving logs by following established work instructions and standard operating procedures.

• Perform picking and kitting tasks to ensure readiness for production.

• Manage materials based on specific storage conditions and requirements.

• Provide shipping and receiving support to internal customers.

• Safely transport materials using pallet jacks and carts to designated storage areas. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations.

• Proficiency in inventory management systems such as SAP, Oracle, or JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.

• Strong understanding of shipping and receiving functions.

• Familiarity with supply inventory and warehouse environment practices.

• Ability to adhere to regulatory guidelines and standard operating procedures.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Capable of safely operating material-handling equipment such as pallet jacks.
