Job Title: Warehouse Manager

Job Description

The Warehouse Manager position involves managing inventory, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and optimizing efficiency in the storage and distribution of pharmaceutical products. This role requires a strong background in warehouse management with a focus on maintaining high standards of safety, ERP/WMS experience, and inventory quality. The Warehouse Manager will create and implement safety practices for forklift training, develop warehouse procedures, work directly with vendors, monitor budgets, and assist management with operational strategies.

Responsibilities

+ Manage inventory and ensure regulatory compliance.

+ Optimize efficiency in the storage and distribution of pharmaceutical products.

+ Create and implement safety practices for forklift training and warehouse procedures.

+ Work directly with vendors to streamline operations.

+ Monitor budget and assist management with strategic operational decisions.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in warehouse management, particularly in the pharmaceutical industry.

+ Proficiency and experience with ERP/WMS systems from the implementation stage.

+ Strong inventory management skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Bilingual in Spanish, with the ability to speak, read, and write fluently.

+ At least 3 years of experience as a warehouse or distribution manager.

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

+ Experience in developing quality, inventory, and facility management SOPs.

+ Possess 'Train the Trainer' certification or other relevant continuous improvement certifications.

Work Environment

The work schedule is Monday to Friday, with shifts from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm or 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Phoenix, Arizona.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $80000.00/yr.

Premium benefits covered 100% by organization such as 401(k), dental insurance, medical insurance, PTO, and parental leave.

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in Phoenix,AZ.
