    A local company in Miami Gardens is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to assist the sales team in daily operations. This role is ideal for someone with office experience who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to support a dynamic sales environment.

    Responsibilities:

    + Assist the sales team with order processing and documentation

    + Prepare reports, presentations, and customer communications

    + Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

    + Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

    + Provide general administrative support to the sales team

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + 2+ year of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles

    + Strong communication and organizational skills

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

    + Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive
