    We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in North Miami Beach, Florida. In this Contract-to-Permanent position, you will play a key role in supporting our customers, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and maintaining accurate records. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping others, and has strong organizational and communication skills.

    Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing timely and professional support via phone, email, and in person.

    • Manage and track customer orders, ensuring accuracy from placement to delivery.

    • Maintain up-to-date records and documentation in internal systems and spreadsheets.

    • Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly, escalating concerns as necessary.

    • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.

    • Utilize Microsoft Office tools to prepare reports, track performance, and analyze trends.

    • Assist with billing or account-related questions by reviewing and verifying documentation.

    • Ensure compliance with company policies while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

    • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and streamline service processes.

    • Perform additional administrative or support duties as needed to assist the customer service and operations teams.

    Requirements

    • Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or order processing preferred.

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills for professional interaction with customers and internal teams.

    • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfort working with databases or CRM systems.

    • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.

    • Highly organized and dependable, with excellent follow-up and time management abilities.

    • Ability to analyze information, prepare reports, and track key performance metrics.

    • Basic knowledge of billing, invoicing, or account management processes is a plus.

    • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to improving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

    • Availability for full-time, permanent work in a fast-paced office environment.
