    About the Role

     

    We are looking for a dedicated and skilled **Production C Shift Operator** to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our printing machinery and paper manufacturing processes.     Key Responsibilities

    + Operate and monitor printing machines to ensure consistent, high-quality output.

    + Adjust and maintain machinery settings to meet production standards.

    + Support the paper manufacturing process by ensuring smooth operations.

    + Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly production goals.

    What We’re Looking For

    + Proven experience operating printing or similar production machinery.

    + Understanding of paper manufacturing processes.

    + Ability to troubleshoot and adjust equipment for optimal performance.

    + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

    + Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment.

    + Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

    Training will be provided during your assigned shift (Thursday to Saturday, 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM), ensuring you’re set up for success from day one.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
