Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for keeping machines running at peak performance? We’re looking for experienced **Maintenance Technicians** to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. Whether you're a morning person or thrive in the evening, we have openings on both **1st and 2nd shifts** .

• What You’ll Do:

+ Perform general maintenance and setup of machinery and packaging lines.

+ Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair high-speed packaging equipment.

+ Conduct machinery setups and adjustments to optimize performance.

+ Replace motors and gearboxes as needed.

+ Perform quality checks to ensure equipment and product standards.

+ Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient production flow.

• What You Bring:

+ **Minimum 5 years** of experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment.

+ At least **2 years** of hands-on experience with packaging equipment.

+ Skilled in machinery setup, motor/gearbox replacement, and basic electrical work.

+ **Strong PLC experience** is a must.

+ Ability to unwire/rewire motors confidently.

• Preferred Qualifications:

+ Formal education in PLC and instrumentation.

+ Experience in high-volume production lines.

+ Background in the food industry (a plus, not required).

• Work Environment:

You’ll work in a dynamic manufacturing setting alongside machine operators, general production workers, and forklifts.

Shift Details:

+ **2nd Shift:** 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

+ **Training Period:** 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM)

+ Includes a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.
