    Job Title: Multi Craft Maintenance Technician

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team, responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining all machinery and facility equipment throughout the plant. This role requires expertise in handling various types of equipment including lasers, Fanuc robots, presses, and CNCs.

    Responsibilities

    + Maintain and troubleshoot machinery throughout the plant, including lasers, Fanuc robots, presses, and CNCs.

    + Regularly troubleshoot electrical systems up to 3-phase 480v and change out electrical motors, utilizing schematics when available.

    + Install new machinery using material handling equipment and lifts, and pour concrete if necessary.

    + Execute a detailed preventive maintenance schedule.

    + Troubleshoot PLC systems by following ladder logic as needed.

    + Perform facilities maintenance, including lighting, plumbing, carpentry, and overhead doors.

    + Conduct welding and fabrication tasks.

    + Consistently use multi-meters for various tasks.

    Essential Skills

    + 3+ years of multi-craft industrial maintenance experience.

    + Proficiency in mechanical maintenance involving hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, and conveyors.

    + Strong skills in electrical troubleshooting, including reading schematics and using multimeters up to 480v 3-phase.

    + Experience in PLC troubleshooting, including reading ladder logic and troubleshooting relays, switches, and sensors.

    + Facility maintenance experience in lighting, plumbing, carpentry, and overhead doors.

    Work Environment

     

    The position is based in our fabrication plant, which houses large press machines, CNC machines, robots, and lasers. The work environment can be a bit dirty due to the nature of the facility. The plant includes two buildings, and technicians will occasionally work outdoors.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Permanent position based out of Goshen, Indiana.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $72800.00/yr.
