    Description

    Join our team to ensure regulatory compliance for affordable housing units. As a Compliance Coordinator, you'll focus on tenant onboarding, lease agreement compliance, and maintaining accurate records to meet federal, state, and local regulations.

    Responsibilities:

    + Assist with paperwork associated with lease renewals and affordable housing certifications.

    + Onboard tenants, explaining lease agreement terms and compliance requirements.

    + Maintain detailed tenant records and prepare monthly performance reports.

    + Act as a liaison between tenants and the management team, fostering a positive community environment.

    Requirements

    Preferred Experience:

    + Previous experience with Yardi property management software, leasing compliance, and permanent supportive housing experience is strongly desired.
