Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Assistant to support marketing initiatives on a one-day contract basis in West Chester, Pennsylvania. This role involves executing specific project tasks with precision, including signage placement across multiple locations. Responsibilities:

• Install signage at three designated locations as part of a marketing campaign.

• Ensure all signage is securely placed and meets project guidelines.

• Follow provided schedules and timelines to complete tasks efficiently.

• Maintain clear communication with the project team to address any on-site concerns.

• Adhere to business casual dress code while representing the company professionally.

• Document completion of tasks through scanning or photographic evidence.

• Travel between locations, keeping track of mileage for reimbursement.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure all project objectives are met. Requirements • Ability to manage timelines and complete tasks within tight schedules.

• Previous experience in project assistance or similar roles is a plus.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Familiarity with basic project management processes.

• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

• Comfortable traveling between multiple locations during the workday.

• A focus on detail and adherence to dress code requirements.
