Description We are looking for an experienced Systems Administrator to join our team in Grantsburg, Wisconsin. This is a Contract to permanent position that requires a motivated and independent individual to support and maintain IT systems in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in networking, virtualization, and server administration, along with the ability to prioritize tasks and work autonomously.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including firewalls and basic troubleshooting of connectivity issues.

• Administer Windows Server operating systems and virtualized environments using VMware.

• Provide support for Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and password management.

• Oversee Citrix Technologies and desktop virtualization processes.

• Perform hardware troubleshooting, including printers, desktops, and network devices.

• Monitor and maintain server virtualization and network virtualization systems.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to circuit design and network configurations.

• Deliver exceptional customer service while addressing technical concerns and resolving user issues.

• Implement and maintain IT systems in alignment with the needs of a manufacturing environment.

• Conduct regular system updates and ensure security compliance across all platforms. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in systems administration or related IT roles.

• Proficiency in Windows Server OS, VMware, and Active Directory.

• Familiarity with Azure Active Directory and virtualization technologies.

• Solid understanding of networking concepts, including basic troubleshooting and firewall management.

• Experience with Citrix Technologies, network printers, and hardware troubleshooting.

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in a manufacturing setting.
