Assembly Technician

Job Title: Mechanical Assembler – Data Center Products
Join our team to help build fan systems for data center servers. No prior assembly experience is required—just a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic. Electrical experience is a plus.
Responsibilities:
+ Assemble fans and components
+ Operate tools and equipment (power tools, forklifts, cranes)
+ Troubleshoot basic assembly issues
+ Follow safety and company procedures
+ Work in varied environments (ladders, confined spaces)
+ Support team efforts to improve quality and efficiency
Qualifications:
+ High school diploma or GED
+ Basic mechanical and math skills
+ Willingness to learn and work overtime
+ Electrical experience is a plus
Work Schedule:
+ 1st Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
+ 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
+ Training starts on 1st shift for all new hires
+ Safety-toed shoes required

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
