Join our dynamic team as an Aircraft Composite Technician, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing airframe composite structures. You will ensure that all work is completed in accordance with current FAA-approved technical data and adhere to quality maintenance standards outlined in the Repair Station Manual/Quality Control Manual.
Responsibilities
+ Review assigned work, obtain necessary tools and parts, and complete tasks in a timely manner while maintaining quality and safety standards.
+ Ensure routine, non-routine, and customer request work cards are correctly completed and signed off.
+ Verify that calibrated tooling is current and properly documented on paperwork.
+ Follow company policies regarding environmental health and safety to keep employees safe.
+ Perform all work according to approved FAA data.
+ Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
+ Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

+ Ability to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces or elevated areas.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ High School Diploma or equivalent.
+ 7-9 years of experience in the field.
+ Experience with large commercial aircraft is preferred.
+ Ability to pass required background checks for airport-issued badges, if applicable.

Work Environment
Work in a hangar and ramp atmosphere, often in uncontrolled climate conditions. Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 lbs, exposure to loud noises, and the ability to bend, stoop, kneel, stand for prolonged periods, and climb steps, ladders, and service stands. Flexibility to work any shift is required.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $83200.00/yr.
