Job Title: Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of warehouse tasks, ensuring that materials are accurately picked, packed, and shipped while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities

+ Pick, pack, stage, and load materials for shipment.

+ Receive and inspect incoming materials and ensure accurate documentation.

+ Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (training provided).

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area.

+ Assist with inventory counts and cycle checks.

+ Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.

+ Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

+ Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Essential Skills

+ High School Diploma or GED required.

+ Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience preferred.

+ Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly.

+ Willingness to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including weekends.

+ Basic computer skills (Outlook, Microsoft Office).

+ Forklift certification or ability to become certified.

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with power tools and hand tools.

+ Proficiency in inventory control and order picking.

+ Experience with RF scanners and sit-down forklifts.

This is a Permanent position based out of Decatur, Alabama.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $41600.00/yr.
