Job Title: Facilities Coordinator
Job Description
Serve as a liaison between the company and support services, as well as account team members, ensuring smooth coordination and high-quality service delivery.
Responsibilities
+ Create and maintain work orders in the CMMS.
+ Manage inspection reports and ensure follow-through.
+ Assist with process-driven tasks.
+ Support site closures, sales transactions, and final walkthroughs.
+ Coordinate with vendors, landlords, and buyers.
+ Track utility usage and monitor storm events.
+ Provide direction to vendors and facilities staff.
+ Ensure minimal disruption during service execution.
+ Deliver superior, professional service.
+ Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
+ Act collaboratively to resolve issues and unique situations.
+ Seek ways to improve systems, processes, and client satisfaction.
+ Demonstrate leadership and creativity in problem-solving.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in facilities maintenance and work order software.
+ Strong communication and organization skills.
+ Experience with work order management systems.
+ Budgeting skills.
+ Commercial real estate experience.
+ Project management skills.
+ Superior customer service skills and orientation.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ A high school education or an undergraduate degree is preferred.
+ Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Drive.
+ Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to maintain professionalism under stressful situations.
+ Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints.
+ Ability to multitask and work without direct supervision.

Work Environment
This is a hybrid role with work hours from 8 am to 5 pm. Work from home on Mondays and Fridays, and from the office on Tuesdays through Thursdays.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plano, Texas.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $55000.00/hr.
