Aerotek is hiring multiple CNC Machinist for our client** **, a global leader in motion control and precision engineering, to join their Huntley team. This is a** **contract-to-hire** **opportunity for individuals who thrive in a clean, modern, and collaborative manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do:

+ Program, set up, and operate CNC mills and lathes (Haas & Fanuc controls)

+ Manufacture precision parts in short-run batches (up to 25 pieces per job)

+ Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

+ Select and install cutting tools based on setup requirements

+ Develop CNC programs using CAD/CAM software

+ Collaborate with Quality Inspectors and Engineers to resolve issues and improve processes

+ Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment

What You Bring:

+ Proficiency in CNC setup and operation (mills and lathes)

+ Strong troubleshooting and changeover skills

+ Experience with G&M code editing and programming

+ Familiarity with metric measurements and precision inspection tools

+ Hands-on experience with Haas machines, Fanuc controls, and CAD/CAM systems

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
