Welders Wanted – Build What Matters

**Location:** Rockford, IL

**Shifts Available:** 1st (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) & 2nd (2:00 PM – 12:30 AM)

**Pay:** $25–$32+/hr + $5/hr 2nd shift premium

What You’ll Be Doing:

+ Weld and fabricate custom metal components using MIG (and TIG if you’ve got it!)

+ Fit and prep parts using fixtures and blueprints—no guesswork here

+ Handle plate thicknesses up to 3/8" regularly, and up to 1/2" occasionally

+ Operate overhead cranes to position weldments safely and efficiently

+ Perform minor assembly and finishing tasks to complete the job

+ Keep your work clean, safe, and up to spec—every time

What You Bring:

+ Solid MIG welding experience (TIG and flux core are a bonus!)

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols

+ Skilled in fabrication and troubleshooting

+ Certified or experienced with overhead cranes and forklifts

+ Comfortable using hand plasma and air arc tools

+ A mindset for quality, safety, and continuous improvement
