    Job Title: Maintenance Technician

    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs on equipment. The role involves troubleshooting these issues and conducting PLC troubleshooting by reading ladder logic and checking inputs/outputs. You will also be responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs on equipment.

    + Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.

    + Conduct PLC troubleshooting, including reading ladder logic and checking inputs/outputs.

    + Execute preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.

    Essential Skills

    + 3+ years of experience in maintenance, with experience in food manufacturing or GMP-regulated environments being advantageous.

    + 3+ years of experience in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.

    + Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting.

    + Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve complex issues with minimal supervision.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in food manufacturing is a plus.

    + Familiarity with GMP procedures is beneficial.

     

    Work Environment

     

    The work environment is a food manufacturing facility where adherence to GMP procedures is required. Employees must wear a hair net and beard net. Occasional weekend work, primarily on Saturdays, may be required, and in the absence of volunteers, weekend work may be mandated.
