    We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Driveway Vehicle Delivery Valet to join our team in New Jersey! In this role, you will be responsible for providing a seamless and premium customer experience by facilitating online vehicle acquisitions and pickups. This position is crucial to our operations, ensuring smooth vehicle acquisition processes and outstanding customer satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Facilitate vehicle acquisitions via an online portal.

    + Maintain customer appointment calendars and ensure timely communication.

    + Educate customers on our acquisition process and provide excellent customer service.

    + Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and complete necessary paperwork.

    + Use online tools to value or purchase customer vehicles.

    + Troubleshoot customer needs and guide them through the process.

    + Acquire and maintain a notary commission.

    + Participate in intensive training to stay updated on all vehicle brands and features.

    + Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    + Must be able to operate a manual.

    + Clean driving record.

    + Strong attention to detail and critical thinking abilities.

    + Excellent communication skills and a sense of urgency.

    + Proficient in time management and active listening.

    + Strong vehicle product knowledge is a plus.
