    Snapshot of Your Day:

    We are looking for a Process and Product Digitalization Manager in Richland, MS to define and align the

    business's short and long-term digital landscape with internal stakeholders.

    How You’ll Make an Impact:

    + Leadthe digitalization efforts by identifying areas for improvement,automating existing manual processes, and integrating digital technologiesinto manufacturing operation.

    + UtilizeETL and reporting tools such as Alteryx and Tableau to enhance businessintelligence.

    + Developand implement Manufacturing Execution System (MES) that optimizesmanufacturing processes, improves operational efficiency.

    + Integratethe ERP system (SAP) with the MES and other applications to ensureseamless data transfer between departments and systems.

    + Collaboratewith cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, engineering, andquality assurance, to align digitization efforts with business goals andobjectives.

    + Streamlineand automate business administration processes, such as procurement,inventory management, quality control, and documentation, to enhanceproductivity and reduce errors.

    + Implementdigital document management systems and processes.

    + Developand optimize departmental processes and tools for planning, scheduling,resource allocation, design verification, and quality assurance to ensurehigh productivity and timely delivery.

    + Managethe Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) of digital controls used inconjunction with the product line, including design changes, versioncontrol, documentation, and collaboration with engineering teams.

    + Maintainapplications version control through distributed version control systemslike GIT and Azure DevOps.

    + Defineand manage business applications and the required data architecture,ensuring system integrity and availability to avoid operationaldisruptions.

    + Ensuresystems comply with internal cybersecurity rules and industry standards.

    + ManageSQL databases (Oracle Database, Microsoft SQL Server, and Snowflake) andWindows Servers.

    + Providetechnical guidance related to microcontroller programming, embeddedsystems development, and analog and digital circuit design principles,including ADCs, DACs, and signal conditioning.

    + Plan,coordinate, and oversee the Control Panel Engineering team activities byestablishing engineering procedures in accordance with corporateguidelines, industry standards, and customer requirements.

    + Definemetrics and KPIs to measure team performance and workload.

    + 15%domestic and international travel required.

    What You Bring:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, ComputerScience, Information Systems, or a related field and 2 years ofexperience.

    + Full term of experience must include: ERP systems likeSAP ERP Central Component (SAP ECC), focusing on backend structures andproduct configurator development;

    + Programming languages and frameworks such asVB.NET/C#.NET, ASP.NET Core, and SQL;

    + Managing key performance indicators (KPIs) anddeveloping automated reports to support data-driven decision-making;

    + Implementing and optimizing MES solutions to enhancemanufacturing efficiency and data accuracy;

    + Process Automation and System Integration; and

    + Project Management including task prioritization,timeline management, and budget adherence.

    + 15% domestic and international travel required.
