    Job Title: Executive Assistant IIJob Description

     

    We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-obsessed Executive Assistant to support the Director of Finance for a significant project. This role requires a strong focus on execution and involves managing a high volume of tasks, including complex calendar management, scheduling, and prioritizing amidst a flood of information and requests. The position demands ensuring appropriate urgency in handling tasks, monitoring and tracking meeting priorities and emails, acting as a proxy when necessary, and managing travel and expenses. Additionally, the role involves documentation follow-up and preparation for the executive, ensuring timely action on deliverables.

    Responsibilities

    + Manage complex calendar scheduling and prioritize tasks effectively.

    + Handle a high volume of tasks with minimal guidance, ensuring impeccable attention to detail.

    + Make smart and timely decisions, reacting with urgency to situations and events.

    + Provide administrative support, including travel and expense management.

    + Monitor and track meeting priorities and act as a proxy when necessary.

    + Ensure documentation follow-up and preparation for executive tasks.

    + Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

    + 6+ years of experience supporting senior management (VPs, Senior VPs, or CEOs).

    + Excellent PC skills, including strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook tools.

    This is a Contract position based out of Redmond, Washington.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $32.00/hr.
