Job Description
Cintas is seeking a Finance Analyst who will be responsible for working with Accounting and Finance as it relates to cash management and forecasting, capital allocation, debt management, incentive programs and compliance. The Finance Analyst will work closely with various levels of Cintas leadership, including executives.
Key Responsibilities Include:
+ Cash Management and Forecasting: Responsible for assisting with the overseeing of the company cash management practices, as well as forecasting.
+ Strategic Capital Allocation and Debt Management: Assist in the development and oversight of the company’s capital allocation and debt management program and practices. Including serving as a resource from such practices.
+ Financial Analysis and Reporting: Assist in conducting financial analysis and running reporting related to financial analysis for various areas within the company.
+ Administration of Incentive Programs: Assist with the administration of incentive programs company wide. This includes ensuring proper compliance and oversight as well as processing.
+ Reporting: Prepare, analyze and deliver information with the use of various data sources.
Skills/Qualifications
Required
+ Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Internet/Intranet
Preferred
+ 1-2 years of accounting or finance experience
