What You’ll Do:

+ Operate the OPEX Falcon machine throughout the day to open and sort mail—this is a hands-on, seated role ideal for someone who enjoys focused, task-driven work.

+ Process lockbox deposits for a variety of commercial clients with speed and precision.

+ Sort, open, and batch incoming mail, ensuring all corrections and exceptions are handled accurately.

+ Respond to customer inquiries and research any issues related to lockbox transactions.

+ Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all internal policies and external regulations.

+ Accurately bill customers monthly based on services rendered.

+ Support additional commercial operations as needed.

What You Bring:

Must-Have Experience:

+ Hands-on experience with the OPEX Falcon machine (not Eagle—Falcon requires manual interaction and screen monitoring).

+ Background in lockbox processing and mailroom operations.

+ Proficiency with computers and navigating digital systems.

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.

+ High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

+ Familiarity with compliance standards and operational procedures.

+ High school diploma or equivalent.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $19.50/hr.
