We’re seeking a **Senior** **Product Marketing** **Manager** **– AI** **Customer** **User Experience** **(** **UX** **)** to lead the creation and management of customer-facing product prompts and in-product campaign activations. This role blends technical expertise in AI with creative UX writing and campaign strategy to deliver engaging, high-impact experiences that drive awareness, adoption, and usage.

Responsibilities
AI Product UX Writing
+ Partner across product, marketing, and engineering teams to write clear, engaging messages and CTAs (call to actions) aligned to in-product experiences.
+ Continuously test and optimize copy based on performance data and share learnings across teams.
Testing Framework & Insights
+ Develop and maintain a cross-channel testing framework to evaluate which prompts, words, and experiences drive the most engagement.
+ Share insights across product functions to inform future UX and campaign strategies.
Prompt Writing & Activation
+ Write and test AI prompts for use in ad campaigns, demo videos, and product experiences.
+ Ensure prompts meet standards for clarity, quality, and engagement.
Persona** **& Customer Journey Alignment
+ Align product messaging to buyer personas and customer journeys.
+ Develop and maintain a style guide and messaging strategy tailored to persona-specific engagement and activation goals.
Collaboration & Communication
+ Work closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure consistent and impactful customer experiences.
+ Represent the voice of the customer in UX and campaign decisions.

Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications
+ Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business
+ **OR** Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business
+ **OR** equivalent experience.
+ 5+ years of experience in UX writing, product marketing, or customer experience strategy, including direct experience creating and optimizing in-product content and AI-driven campaign activations
Additional** **or Preferred Qualifications
+ Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in business
+ **OR** Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in business
+ **OR** equivalent experience.
Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
