    Responsibilities

    Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards set by the Chef.

     

    Set up and stock stations

     

    Maintain cleanliness and organization of work stations during and after service

     

    Ensure proper portioning, plating and presentation of dishes

     

    Communication

     

    Follow all food safety guidelines

    Assist with prep work, receiving deliveries and inventory rotation

    • Minimum One (1) yearline cook experience in a fullservice or high volume restaurant

    + Culinary School training preferred but not required

    • Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients and equipment

    • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed

    + Food Handlers Certification or ability to obtain upon hire
