Minimum qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 10 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or management consulting, in the Consumer Electronics, OEMs, Telecom, Apps, or Technology industries.
+ Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
+ Experience managing agreements or partnerships and GTM strategies.
Preferred qualifications:
+ Experience with smartphone sales planning and execution in retail/telephone company.
+ Experience successfully negotiating agreements with various channels (Carriers, Retailers, or E-Tailers).
+ Understanding of consumer electronics and the mobile value chain.
+ Ability to zoom from strategy to execution.
+ Ability to take accountability and ownership to get necessary outcome.
+ Ability to turn a high level concept into a well defined narrative with executive ready materials with excellent communication skills.

Google's line of products and services to our clients never stops growing. The Partnerships Development team is responsible for seeking and exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Equipped with your business acumen and extensive product knowledge, you are right on the front line of interacting with our partners, and helping them find ways to grow using Google's newest product offerings. Your knowledge of relevant verticals and relationships with key industry players will help shape our great applications and content for products such as YouTube, Google TV and Commerce.
The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $168,000-$249,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
+ Lead Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy and program management for Android Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Partnerships, defining and executing commercial programs aligned with business priorities.
+ Manage partner relationships for GTM activities, collaborating with internal teams (Business Development, Marketing, Partnerships, Product, Finance) to drive Android growth, identify new opportunities, and maintain consultative relationships with hardware partners.
+ Analyze industry and performers to find differentiation opportunities and guide programs and commercial strategy to expand ecosystem globally.
+ Lead initiatives, including budget/investment management, to optimize Google's GTM funding for partners. Ensure high ROI for premium device activations and Android market share growth. Identify, negotiate, and implement business development agreements.
+ Be the source for partner sales performance, driving decisions and growth. Forecast and report business growth and key metrics, track progress, drive new opportunities, and resolve partner issues.
