About the role
As a Informatica Data Quality Lead, you will make an impact by enhancing our data management capabilities and ensuring high-quality data solutions.
You will be a valued member of the Life Sciences team and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data integration and transformation processes.
In this role, you will:
• Lead the design and implementation of data quality solutions using Infa Cloud Data Quality and Informatica Data Quality.
• Oversee the integration of data management functionalities to ensure seamless data flow and accuracy.
• Provide expertise in Infa Cloud Address Verification to enhance data validation processes.
• Develop and maintain data integration solutions using Infa Cloud Data Integration to support business needs.
• Utilize Infa Cloud Data Profiling to assess and improve data quality across various datasets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data quality requirements and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure the architecture aligns with business objectives and industry best practices.
• Conduct regular assessments and audits to maintain high standards of data quality.
• Implement Informatica Analyst and Informatica Address Doctor to streamline data management processes.
• Monitor and optimize data quality performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Document and communicate data quality strategies and solutions to stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members on data quality tools and methodologies.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data quality and management technologies.
Work model:

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is an onsite position requiring 5 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in one of the locations Charlotte NC / Atlanta GA / Bedford NH / Jersey City NJ.

What you need to have to be considered:
• Possess 10 to 12 years of experience in Infa Cloud Data Quality and Informatica Data Quality.
• Demonstrate proficiency in data management functionalities and related technologies.
• Have a strong understanding of Infa Cloud Address Verification and Data Integration.
• Show expertise in data profiling and quality assessment techniques.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Have a proven track record of successful data quality solution implementations.
• Be capable of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Possess strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Be committed to continuous learning and staying abreast of industry developments.

Salary and Other Compensation
Applications will be accepted until October 17, 2025.
The annual salary for this position is between $135,000 - $156,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
