    Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY TECHNICIAN in the FLEET READINESS DIVISION, READINESS PROJECT OFFICE of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER. Responsibilities You will serve as Branch Manager and provide managerial and supervisory functions as the first level supervisor directing employees both technically and administratively. You will have the delegated managerial authority for planning and determining implementation of goals and objectives of the branch. You will provide program management, planning, technical documentation development, technical support, and system integration guidance. You will formulate approaches and proposals to program tasks; negotiate and discuss both technical and budgetary program plans; review and monitor technical performance and analyze new developments for potential application to program requirements. You will direct and manage technical projects related to the life cycle support and maintenance of weapon/combat systems and other equipment in the purview of Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 pay band or grade level (GS-11/12) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: leading the technical planning, implementation, system integration and support of Combat Systems and Weapon Systems to ensure the efficient and effective execution of ship warfare readiness operational objectives.
