Job Description Summary:
IT Tech Lead, Columbus, OH. Subject matter expert in cloud technology and Informatica ETL who ensures a thorough understanding of team applications and technology. Partner with business analysts, architects, vendor partners, and other IT teams to deliver complex applications and services. Provide technical guidance by upholding the vision of application or service architecture, ensuring the integrity and security of the application environment in collaboration with architects and tech leads. Lead code and design reviews, analyze outcomes, and make recommendations to ensure the delivery of high-quality products. Project work may include application development, API tooling, and system design for secure database access (RDBMS or NoSQL). Support expansion of the centralized analytic platform through development of batch, real-time, and event-based data integration and application integration components. Work with data architects, business systems analysts, and information quality analysts to understand business requirements, translate into technical artifacts, develop integration components, support system/integration testing, and ensure production SLAs. Contribute to the development and maintenance of best practices, processes, and standards in Informatica, SQL Server, and other enterprise analytics tools. Develop, test, deploy, and support ETL components using scalable and repeatable methodologies. Facilitate integration of on premises applications, cloud-to-on-premises applications, and on-premises-to-cloud applications by consolidating multiple sources into a centralized data platform or EDW and creating reporting models.

Additional Job Description:
Requires Bachelor's degree in computer science, electronic engineering or related field (please disregard reference above to high school or GED). 5 years of experience with Informatica ETL and cloud technologies. 5 years of experience with data integration and application integration components. Strong knowledge of application development, API tooling, and system design. Ability to lead technical reviews and ensure quality delivery. Familiarity with best practices in Informatica, SQL Server, and enterprise analytics tools. Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skills. Knowledge of coding standards and tools and techniques to enforce quality of the software (Static code analysis, Quality Gates etc.).
