As a Vendor Relationship Risk Specialist within PNC's Supply Chain organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH.
•Support execution of onboarding and monitoring processes for third party vendors.
•Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to complete due diligence assessments, finding remediation, collection/recording of performance KPIs, and coordination of performance meetings.
•Track vendor status, due diligence documentation, and timelines.
•Communicate with vendors and internal partners to ensure timely completion of tasks.
•Escalate potential issues or delays to senior team members.
•Maintain high standards of documentation, process adherence, and data quality.
Preferred Qualifications:
•Experience in vendor management, compliance, procurement, or related business operations.
•Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
•Effective communicator with a collaborative mindset.
•Familiarity with third party risk tools or risk concepts a plus.

Job Description
+ Identifies and manages risks associated with a product or service with the goal of improving vendor performance and compliance with applicable regulations.
+ Interfaces with vendors, some of which may be critical, and organizational staff to interpret needs and provide accurate specifications and risk mitigation solutions.
+ Leads the review of new and existing contract assignments for compliance with applicable regulations.
+ Consults with vendors to remediate risks identified in assessment process. Recommends, initiates and/or drives improvement opportunities.
+ Prepares reports and required documents for management review.

Pay Transparency
Base Salary: $45,000.00 – $80,500.00
Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
