    + Full-Time | Middle School Setting

    + Start Date: November 2025

    + Location: Greater Madison Area

     
     

    + Serve 13–15 cross-categorical students

    + Deliver targeted instruction across multiple disability categories

     
     

    + Design and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

    + Provide differentiated instruction to meet academic, social, and behavioral goals

    + Conduct assessments and adjust instruction based on student progress

    + Collaborate with general education teachers for co-planning and co-teaching

    + Partner with families, administrators, and service providers for holistic support

    + Manage behavior plans and apply positive behavior interventions

    + Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance

     
     

    + Schedule: November 2025 – June 2026

    + Pay: $40–$45/hour (based on experience)

     
     

    + Holds a valid Wisconsin DPI Special Education license

    + Experienced or highly motivated to work in cross-categorical instruction

    + Committed to inclusive education and individualized student support

    + Thrives in collaborative, student-centered environments

    + Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
