Salary: $65 / Hour

+ Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans

+ Train and mentor school staff in effective ABA strategies

+ Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed

+ Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and families to support IEP goals

+ Ensure compliance with school policies and best practices in ABA

? What You Bring:

+ Active BCBA certification (BACB)

+ Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field

+ Experience with autism-focused ABA programs (preferred)

+ CPR certification (if applicable)

+ TB test and health clearance (as required)

+ Must be 18+ and meet all federal, state, and local requirements

+ Strong communication and leadership abilities

+ Experience in school or pediatric settings

+ Familiarity with ABA data tools and documentation

+ Weekly pay
