    Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM

     

    Contract Length: Full School Year

     

    Hours: 35 hours/week

     

    Grade Level: Elementary

    Position Overview:

    Escondido Union School District is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support elementary students across multiple school sites. This full-time, in-person role is ideal for a clinician who is comfortable working in special education environments and enjoys a dynamic, site-based schedule.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Conduct speech and language assessments

    + Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

    + Provide direct therapy services to students

    + Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff

    + Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports

    + Travel between assigned school sites as needed

    Requirements:

    + Active California SLP License

    + Prior school-based experience required

    + Must be comfortable working in special education classrooms

    + In-person availability only

    Compensation:

    + Local Pay Rate: $65-$70/hour

    + Travel Weekly Pay: $2,905
