    Behavior Technician – Empower Students Every Day??

     

    Are you driven by purpose and passionate about helping students thrive? Amergis is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our school-based teams, providing essential support to students with special needs. In this role, you’ll help create a structured, inclusive, and encouraging environment where every student can succeed.

     
     

    + Pay Range: $24–$27/hour (based on experience)

    + Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM

    + Location: School sites across Los Angeles County

     
     

    + Deliver direct support to students with behavioral and developmental needs in classroom settings

    + Assist in implementing individualized education and behavior intervention plans

    + Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and behavioral specialists to ensure consistent support

    + Promote a calm, inclusive, and structured learning environment

    + Reinforce positive behaviors and support students’ social-emotional development

     
     

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + 1–2 years of pediatric experience (preferred)

    + 1–2 years of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) experience (preferred)

    + Must be at least 18 years of age

    + Must meet all federal, state, and local employment requirements

     
     

    + Competitive hourly pay with weekly direct deposit

    + School-based schedule—no evenings or weekends
