    Position Overview:

    One of our clients is is expanding into the Buffalo marketand is seeking a PRN Nurse Practitioner to join their growing team. Providerswill perform advanced wound care visits in patients’ homes and SNFs, withdirection from a regional coordinator and medical director.

    Key Details:

    + Available Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm (no weekends or partial shifts)

    + Pay: $250 per completed visit (W2)

    + Travel: Up to 1.5 hours from central Buffalo ZIP 14202; IRS mileage reimbursed

    + Training: 1–4 days, potentially in Chicago (travel reimbursed)

    + Credentialing: Covered under client’s MedMal liability

    Requirements:

    + Active NY NP license

    + Board Certified as FNP or AGNP/AGACNP (AANP or ANCC)

    + Wound care experience required (as RN or NP)

    + Must be comfortable with home visits and SNF visits

    + Cannot hold only PMHNP, WHNP, or Pediatric NP credentials
