    Leads Asset Management Services toward the achievement of the department's vision by implementing non-technology business initiatives and strategies that fully leverage the organization's capabilities.

     

    **Responsibilities** :

    + Take overall responsibility for the design, development, and delivery of the organization's project implementation strategy.

    + Lead a cross-functional team in varied initiatives which may focus on areas including, but not limited to, organizational design; current and future state, change management, and identifying and prioritizing the changes needed to deliver outcomes.

    + Lead the development of projects, programs, and procedures, ensuring integration with the broader corporate policy framework and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

    + Set and communicate the strategy, along with the broad actions needed to implement it, and hold the team accountable for completion.

    + Provide authoritative specialist advice to the leadership team to guide the implementation of policy and the design and implementation of projects and change initiatives.

    + Manage, report, and communicate on the performance of projects, programs and initiatives; set appropriate performance objectives and hold individuals accountable for achieving them; take appropriate action to course correct where necessary to ensure the achievement of business objectives, continue to refine the speed of decision making and execution.

    + Lead the development of partnering relationships with senior executives throughout the organization and key constituents across the firm, building high levels of professional credibility and mutual trust, and ensuring that internal clients have access to high-quality advice and guidance to support in delivering business strategy and plans.

    + Participate in the development of corporate strategy, applying functional expertise to test the viability of the plan and contributing creative ideas and insights to support the strategy formation process.

    + Identify the capabilities and initiatives needed to meet the current and emerging business needs of AMS. Evaluate current capabilities, identify gaps, and prioritize development activities.

    + Lead and help other prioritize the development and/or implementation of a strategy for AMS, anticipating trends and complex challenges and opportunities, and ensuring integration with broader corporate strategy.

    + Applies expertise to act as the organizational authority on developing appropriate plans or performing necessary actions based on recommendations and requirements.

    + Applies expertise to act as the organizational authority on analyzing the business requirements that IT solutions must meet.

    + Acts as the organizational authority and established expert on analyzing data trends for use in reports to help guide decision-making.

    + Acts as an organizational authority and established expert on interpreting and applying knowledge of laws, regulations and policies in area of expertise.

    + Uses expertise to act as organizational authority on developing and implementing policies.

    + Uses expertise to act as organizational authority on strategic planning.

    + Acts with expertise as the organization's authority on using clear and effective verbal communication skills to express ideas, request actions and formulate plans or policies.

    + Applies expertise to act as the organizational authority on analyzing data from multiple sources to draw appropriate conclusions and make suitable recommendations.

    + Applies expertise to act as the organizational authority on maximizing a brand's impact and market value by managing and developing all aspects of the brand.

    + Applies expertise to serve as the organizational authority on conducting research and analyzing data in order to develop a comprehensive understanding of customer and market conditions that enables maximum return on investments.

    + Operates as a recognized expert to conduct an enterprise readiness assessment to determine the organization's readiness for change. Typically known as a subject matter authority.

    + Acts as the organizational authority and established expert on maintaining high performance while applying a change mindset to the planning, execution and monitoring of business activities during times of change.

    + Negotiates as the organizational authority and established expert to help the organization by obtaining consensus between two or more internal or external parties who may have different interests.

    + Uses expertise to act as the organizational authority on communicating with other people by speaking in a clear, concise and compelling manner.

    + Uses expertise to act as the organizational authority on managing projects and/or programs within desired cost, time and quality parameters.

    + Uses expertise to acts as the organizational authority on creating relevant, lucid and effective reports.

    + Operates as a recognized expert to orient work in a workflow to plan, organize, and execute the steps it takes to achieve a goal to achieve higher efficiencies. Typically known as a subject matter authority.

    Education and Experience:

    + Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration, Finance or similar analytical program and 10 to 12 years of relevant experience required. MBA preferred, other relevant designations a plus.
