    GENERAL OVERVIEW:

    This job is to transform the AHN Digital Health care space by increasing the quality, safety, digital service, and value for the diverse customers we serve. Will drive day-to-day strategic efforts focused on development and execution of the virtual health strategy. The incumbent will drive clinical strategies to meet organizational goals and demonstrate a thorough understanding of clinical program management principles in support of complex clinical initiatives. The job will be well versed in understanding how integrated approaches to care can be delivered to benefit AHN patients. This job requires a digital health subject matter expert responsible for driving the development, growth, promotion, execution, sustainability, and scalability of the AHN digital health strategy.

    ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

    + Perform management responsibilities to include, but are not limited to: involved in hiring and termination decisions, coaching and development, rewards and recognition, performance management and staff productivity. Plan, organize, staff, direct and control the day-to-day operations of the department; develop and implement policies and programs as necessary; may have budgetary responsibility and authority.

    + Responsible for AHN Digital Health clinical program design engaging with key subject matter experts across the enterprise. Establish and maintain partnerships with business owners to ensure the team functions as a trusted adviser to the AHN executive team.

    + Oversees all day to day operational functions for AHN Digital Health. Including developing and maintaining the AHN digital health operating plan, and managing, overseeing and facilitating all clinical, technical, business and regulatory activities around AHN digital health

    + Leads, participates and assists in implementing performance improvement activities to drive clinical value and performance of AHN Digital Health programs across the enterprise. Including participating in the design of AHN digital health program goals, objectives, metrics and timelines.

    + Support project initiation and business case and visioning activities including articulation of cost, benefit, and other key metrics to measure success. Manage and monitor the AHN's project portfolio of technology and non-technology initiatives; establish and report upon qualitative and quantitative measurements of project status and success.

    + Other duties as assigned or requested.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    Required

    + BSN, Masters in Healthcare or related fields

    + 7 years in the Healthcare Industry

    + 5 years in a leadership or management role

    + RN License

    Preferred

    + 2 years in Digital Health

    + Nursing Informatics Board Certified (NIBC)

    SKILLS:

    + Demonstrate leadership skills, and develop, communicate, and implement solutions to meet the needs of the business

    + Knowledge of healthcare structure and operations, utilization and quality improvement

    + Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communications skills required for all audience levels/types

    + Deep knowledge and understanding of digital health across the care continuum

    + Capacity to execute both short term wins and long term VH strategies • Ability to organize, prioritize and accomplish multiple complex tasks simultaneously
