Job Summary:
Mercury Systems has a great career opportunity in our growth team for a Director, Growth Analytics and Operations, working with various department leaders by providing necessary business reports and analytics to assist with the company’s strategic decisions. It requires working closely with other internal departments and functions including LOB Leaders, Finance, Accounting, IT, Contracts, Program Management, and Marketing ensuring business goal alignment. Professionalism, efficiency and customer focus is a priority.
This position serves as a key member of the growth team, responsible for coordination of consistent methodologies, systems, and tools across all BUs. This includes, ensuring a high level of data integrity, understanding of defense Programs, accuracy in data capture and providing excellent customer service to our internal customers. This leader will also be responsible for evaluating and training on enablement tools, adapting to evolving business needs, planning future CRM requirements to optimize efficiencies. Train and document on CRM processes and methodologies. This position requires building strong relationships within the growth organization and multiple other internal functions.
Responsibilities:
+ Coordinate with Business Unit leaders in assimilating Growth processes and reporting with across Mercury
+ Ensure symmetry in data capture and reporting using best practices
+ Analyze multiple facets of date to understand current state of the business, trends and future predictability, identifying business need
+ Manage Program structure and attributes for visibility into Mercury’ footprint
+ Improve sales forecast accuracy, predictability & visibility to stakeholders
+ Deliver real-time dashboard, reports & analytics to business leaders
+ Research tools to support efficiencies and process improvements
+ Drive consistent Forecast and SOP cadence with Growth and Finance
+ Ensure new acquisitions are incorporated quickly into CRM and forecast methodologies
+ Produce Training documentation and presentations to assist users with new processes and system capabilities
+ Work with Operation stakeholders to improve end-to-end SIOP reporting
+ Partner with Marketing on system integration and lead funnel requirements / reporting
+ Manage Salesforce updates to changing business needs and structure
+ Support reporting and alignment with back-end systems for accuracy
+ Understand the pulse on customer satisfaction and understand when to escalate internally as needed
+ Enhance CRM to utilize to full potential. Continuous Improvement
+ Build Dashboards & MOS processes to equip ELT and Growth team with accurate data analytics
+ Be a partner to Senior Executive Leadership team on data requests and responses
Required Qualifications:
+ Building enhanced dashboards that span across multiple levels & teams within the enterprise
+ Strong analytical skill-set and deep understanding of the defense industry is a must. Skill set requires creating and manage multiple KPI trends to supply trusted, real-time and actionable reporting.
+ Ideally 10+ years of progressive experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
+ Strong understanding of government contracting, defense acquisition, DFARS/FAR, and industry-specific compliance requirements.
+ Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and driving enterprise-level cost savings and efficiency improvements.
+ Excellent leadership, communication, and change management skills.
+ This position requires you to access information that is subject to U.S. export regulations. Desired Qualifications:
+ Experience building and tailoring CRM to business needs with a proactive lens
+ Demonstrated success in leading teams of various size/complexity through use of earned value techniques/tools focused on cost objectives and risk and opportunity management.
+ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Point and other related tools
Location:
+ The ideal candidate will live in a commutable distance to our Andover, MA HQs. This position is hybrid with flexibility to work from home.
