We’re looking for a passionate Area Sales Coordinator to support multiple properties in the Fairfield Inn, Zion|Spring Hill, Bryce UT region. Role Summary:

The Area Sales Coordinator supports the Area and Property Sales Managers with client communications, group bookings, and sales administration. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth operations across multiple hotels.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Assist with proposals, contracts, and client correspondence

+ Coordinate group and meeting room bookings

+ Support sales reporting, CRM updates, and marketing efforts

+ Help with property tours, events, and social media coordination

+ Deliver excellent service while maintaining strong organization and follow-up

Qualifications:

+ High School Diploma or equivalent; degree preferred

+ Hotel or hospitality sales experience preferred

+ Strong communication, organization, and computer skills

+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently

+ Flexible schedule, including weekends or holidays as needed
