Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned professional with a strong foundation in business strategy, technology operations, risk management, communications, and regulatory environment/requirements —ideally within a large financial institution. The individual will lead initiatives, conduct analysis, and support executive decision-making through structured insights, reporting, and management routines from within the Information Technology for the Americas (ITA) organization.
Major Responsibilities
+ Contribute to the development of long-term organizational strategy
+ Conduct research and analysis on operational effectiveness, stakeholder engagement, and process optimization
+ Identify threats and opportunities and recommend prioritization
+ Present findings, projections, and recommended actions
+ Drive and report on enterprise-wide initiatives for ITA
+ Support executive decision-making through structured analysis and reporting
+ Support executive-level requests and reporting across ITA
Qualifications
+ Undergraduate Degree or equivalent work experience
+ Relevant regulatory or project management certifications a plus
+ Related experience as a strategic initiatives leader or business analyst
+ Experience in a large financial institution or heavily regulated environment preferred, especially within technology department
+ Advanced capabilities in business/technology operations, risk evaluation and mitigation, reporting, and oversight of initiatives
+ Solid understanding of business and financial markets
+ Strong research, organizational, and planning skills
+ Hands-on experience with regulatory reporting and requirements for communications, governance, and related exercises (e.g., external/internal examinations, resolution planning, records and information management, management/board committee meetings, etc.)
+ Proven project management expertise
+ Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable business insights
+ Demonstrates leadership and influence across teams
+ Communicate with clarity and purpose
+ Applies analytical and critical thinking to identify multiple pathways to success
+ Operates with a strategic mindset to foster continuous improvement and systems thinking

The typical base pay range for this role is between $155K - $181K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
