    **Job Title:** Technical Support Senior Specialist

    **Location:** New Jersey (virtual)

    Position Summary

    As a Technical Support Senior Specialist (TSS) you will provide support to Field Service Engineers who will generally be onsite at a customer location and requiring technical assistance. The support will include problem identification, analysis, diagnosis, and resolution.

     

    The TSS will utilize Knowledge Systems provided by NCR Atleos and other vendors as appropriate to identify solutions to known problems. The TSS is responsible for ensuring that solutions provided are successful, ensuring first time and long-term resolution of the problem. If no known solution can be identified, the TSS is responsible for the escalation to other support groups where deeper level skilled personnel are available.

     

    The TSS retains ownership of all escalated problems/issues through to resolution. The TSS is also responsible for ensuring that NCR Atleos Management is informed if resolution to a problem will take longer than contractual requirements require.

    Key Areas of Responsibility:

    + You will act as final point of escalation within the Global Technical Services organization and will be expected to collaborate with your peers on a regional and global level as well as other organizations like Engineering to identify issues, find solutions and share that knowledge with the wider community.

    + You will provide input to the Knowledge Systems, create and publish knowledge articles when required.

    + You will participate in various service improvement initiatives and may be expected to lead certain workstreams from a technical perspective.

    + You will be expected to provide proactive analysis of various faults and outliers and recommend action to resolve.

    + You will co-ordinate with your peers, Management and other support groups in providing part numbers and other technical details pertaining to a specific Customer to the Field Service Technicians.

    + You may be asked to provide training to other members of the team or other outside groups as well as create the relevant training materials.

    + Delivers quality support and enhanced results meeting established KPI and Customer SLA.

    + Provides onsite support for equipment when deemed necessary (in countries where applicable).

    + Complies with NCR Atleos policies which include but are not limited to:

    + The Company’s Shared Values and Code of Conduct

    + Employee Health and Safety policy and standards

    + Accurate timekeeping and records of hours worked

    + Company’s Fleet policies and requirements, which include, but are not limited to, NCR Atleos’ requirements for safe driving

    Basic Qualifications:

    + Willingness and ability to work flexible schedules, which may include night and weekend shifts (where applicable), and to perform overtime work upon management request or need

    + Ability to work in an office environment either full time or on a hybrid work model (where applicable)

    + Ability to work collaboratively with and around other team members in a Lab environment

    + Some travel within may be required (where applicable)

    + Perform other corresponding duties and tasks in accordance with their qualifications, as directed by Employer

    Salary Range:

    $56,000.00 - $84,000.00

     

    Offers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job.
