    IT Product Delivery Lead

     

    This position leads the IT delivery of critical Sales and Marketing software including event platforms, marketing automation, and sales enablement. The role requires strong leadership facing communication skills and will work closely with global stakeholders to identify needs, define priorities, and deliver scalable solutions.

    What the day will look like

     

    + Primary point of contact with software vendors, technical team, business stakeholders, project management, and IT leadership

    + Define and communicate project vision, strategy, and roadmap

    + Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and manage product backlog

    + Oversee implementation, planning, execution, and reviews

    + Communicate and provide updates on project status, milestones, and delivery

    + Identify risks and issues affecting product delivery

    + Ensure overall product implementation, manage ongoing enhancement backlog, and responsible for delivery

    Skills and experience that will lead to success

     

    + 7+years of experience in driving end-to-end delivery of complex IT products and programs.

    + Skilled at engaging with cross-functional leaders to translate strategy into actionable delivery plans, provide transparent updates, manage expectations, and ensure alignment on priorities, risks, and outcomes.

    + Experience in managing multiple external delivery partners and technology vendors, ensuring deliverables meet defined delivery standards, product roadmaps, and release schedules to achieve consistent, reliable outcomes.

    + Collaborative team player with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders with diverse and sometimes competing priorities, balancing business needs, technical constraints, and strategic objectives to maintain delivery focus.

    + Strong technical skills, including marketing, sales platform configuration, integrations, development, reporting, and security.

     

    Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or equivalent years of industry experience.

    Pay Transparency Laws:

    The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is [$135000 to $180000] annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
