We are searching for the best talent for **Mgr Digital Product Mgmt** to be in Jacksonville, FL.
Position Summary
Seasoned, strategic digital Global Product Manager in the Vision Experience team to shape and drive every stage of product lifecycles, from conceptualization to product retirement. Significant and confirmed experience leading and completing the basics of product management: The balance of customer needs, production capabilities, and business profitability to make decisions at each step along the product lifecycle that result in a product that drives patient outcomes and healthcare success.
This role will grow the understanding digital products across the org and drive talent and teams to implement product development at Vision. Will lead products, teams, and relationships. Will bring the user-first, continuous discovery operating model to life. Ensures product development stays in sync with all product/project/program-relevant regulations, guidelines, and standards applicable.
In this position you will optimize and innovate on products supporting end-to-end eye health. The Global Product Manager will have an important voice in and responsibility for charting and realizing Vision’s current and future success and will drive trailblazing of experience innovation at JJV and in healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities
+ Build and deliver patient and professional infrastructure, tools, and UX products based on validated user-need, scalable, and impact category growth. (50%)
+ Develop a product-development approach and support build of product-development competency across Vision. (5%)
+ Identify and support development of product management and user experience design (UXD) talent across the entire reach of Vision no matter whether staff is in our ~62 consumer markets or global HQ. (5%)
+ Deliver comprehensive user-first, data-driven product development function in Vision, walking the path to product optimization and innovation arm in arm with Vision Experience and Vision Digital product-development peers as well as Technology’s CTO, architects, managers, and engineers. (10%)
+ Establish a strong, collaborative relationship with Vision Product Analytics as well as Global Research & Insights, Global Strategic Marketing, and, critically, Regions to ensure a devoted focus is maintained on user-first development with iterative, test and learn methodology and measured benchmarks at every step of the product lifecycle. (5%)
+ Collaborate with fellow Product Managers to spot omnichannel, One Vision opportunity to create products that work together to further the continuum and standard of care for better patient convenience, more positive outcomes. Inclusive of education, path to care, practice management solutions, and new tools and solutions that reduce friction for patient and practitioner. (10%)
+ Facilitate standard process sharing across regions/countries sharing case studies, new capabilities, and findings globally through a global digital council. (5%)
+ Lead a diverse, inclusive team fostering a culture of #oneteam, agility and innovation building strong relationships with cross functional and regional partners. (10%)
Qualifications
+ Minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required.
+ Minimum of 6 years progressive product management and UXD, connected-content experience is required.
+ Global Medical Device product experience is preferred.
+ Demonstrated track record of product development leadership over the product lifecycle, including inception, test and learn, execution, optimization, and sunsetting of product with each step backed by data and zealous measurement of performance is required.
+ Comprehensive understanding of online/virtual ecosystems, developing solutions for owned and extended channels, user-first/outside-in development, connected commerce, and marketing integration is required.
+ Experience with agile methodologies is required.
+ Prior experience working with Legal, Regulatory, and global partners is required.
+ Demonstrated curiosity in profession well-versed in connected care, connected content, e-commerce, and technology trends with history of sharing knowledge and building capabilities across an organization is preferred.
+ Demonstrated ability to work with, influence, and coordinate on product development cross-functional partners from engineering to marketing is required.
+ Previous line management experience with proven ability to develop and motivate talent in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is preferred.
