Are you passionate about building relationships, solving problems, and making an impact in healthcare? As an Incentive Programs Coordinator at UPMC Health Plan, you'll play a key role in supporting our Primary Care Physician Incentive Programs-helping providers deliver high-quality care while driving quality performance across our network.
As the Incentive Programs Coordinator, you will collaborate with internal teams and provider offices regularly through Microsoft Teams, email, and phone to support program education and engagement.
In this role, you'll become a subject matter expert in our incentive programs, providing guidance, troubleshooting, and insights to both internal provider-facing teams and, when appropriate, directly to network providers and their staff. You'll help drive continuous improvement by reporting on key metrics, identifying opportunities, and supporting strategic initiatives.
This is a hybrid full-time role, with travel to our downtown Pittsburgh office required 3 days per week. Additional in office or travel may be needed based on business needs.
What You'll Be Doing
+ Serve as a trusted resource for provider-facing teams and, when needed, for providers and office staff-educating and supporting them on incentive program details.
+ Analyze and report on program performance, identifying high and low performers, trends, and opportunities for growth.
+ Review monthly dashboards and reports containing provider network data and strategic insights.
+ Create and deliver clear, engaging communications and presentations about the incentive programs.
+ Maintain program documentation, including policies and procedures, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, sharing ideas and feedback to improve program outcomes and client satisfaction.
+ Provide supplemental data entry support and assist with meeting logistics, including agendas and minutes.
+ Proactively escalate issues that may impact provider experience or program success.
+ Support other departments as needed during high-volume periods or special projects.
+ Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Hospital Administration, Business, Public Health or a closely related field.
+ Excellent communication skills; verbal, written and interpersonal.
+ Above average analytical and problem solving skills.
+ Strong experience and comfort level with spreadhseets and databases.
Superior organization skills.
