Are you curious, data-driven, and excited by the idea of turning insights into action? As a Marketing Analyst - Associate on our Marketing Automation team, you'll help shape the way UPMC Health Plan connects with members through personalized, data-informed campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and direct mail.
In this role, you'll collaborate with campaign managers, digital channel experts, and cross-functional teams to design and execute automated campaigns that support both marketing and operational goals. You'll work hands-on in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, using SQL and Excel daily to analyze data, build solutions, and uncover insights that drive smarter decisions.
This is a hybrid position, with weekly office attendance required based on business needs-giving you the flexibility to work remotely while staying connected with your team and the tools that power our campaigns.
What You'll Be Doing
+ Build, audit, and maintain automated campaign solutions in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
+ Analyze marketing campaign data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities-then translate those insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
+ Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define campaign objectives and present findings in a way that's easy to understand and impactful.
+ Provide deeper context to survey results by supplementing with additional data and storytelling.
+ Create reports and presentations that highlight campaign performance and research outcomes.
+ Maintain project plans and model business requirements for new systems or enhancements.
+ Ensure all work meets high standards for accuracy and quality-100% error-free is expected.
+ Support other departments during periods of high volume or backlogs.
+ Participate in team meetings, share ideas, and contribute to a collaborative, client-focused culture.
+ B.A. degree or equivalent work experience.
+ 1 year of related experience required
+ Competency with MS Excel Office
+ Organizational, interpersonal, and critical thinking abilities; demonstrable knowledge of SQL or other programming language(s).
